Return Process

  Log into your Lujo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to ensure your premium home goods arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
